Ok. This post will have alot of links. I will 1st the recipe from Dave's site then I will link all the things you need to buy to make BP Coffee and then a bunch of extra info so you can get your learn on. I suggest going through everything. Dave has come up with some amazing stuff and everyone needs to know about it!

Recipe:

1. At least 2tbs Kerrygold grass-fed butter (I like up to 6 tbps, or 80g or 88 ml).
2. 1-2tbs of MCT oil (15-30g or 15-30ml)
3. 2 cups (~453g or 500ml) of hot coffee brewed with low-toxin beans (like Bulletproof® Upgraded™ Coffee) using a stainless steel filter.
**4.** Sweetners ( you dont need! ) but if you must Stevia Extracts or Xylitol! No sugar or chemical sugar subsitutes ( ie Splenda/Equal/SweetnLow )
**5.** No cream! You dont need it! If YOU MUST use organic heavy whipping cream. Trust me... you wont need it!
