Sliggoo evolves into Goodra at level 50 so long as it's raining outside. In order to make it rain, head to Laverre City and change the Date to 10/21/2013 and the time to 12:00. Then, exit the town heading South so that you arrive on Route 14, and it will be raining. Simply level up your Sliggoo and say hi to your new Goodra! .
