Great Ball: Are used to capture tougher Pokemon that would normally resist capture by a regular Poke Ball

Ultra Ball: Is a high performance Poké Ball that increases Trainer's chance of capturing a Pokémon by 100%

Dive Ball: Are used to make it easier to capture pokemon in water.

Dusk Ball: Are used to make it easier to capture pokemon at night.

Fast Ball: Are used to make it easier to capture pokemon that are fast.

Friend Ball: Pokemon caught in a friend ball become more friendly.

Heal Ball: A pokemon caught in a heal ball is fully healed.

Heavy Ball: Are used to make it easier to capture pokemon the are heavy.

Level Ball: Are used to make it easier to capture pokemon the higher the level of the trainer's pokemon then the wild one.

Love Ball: Are used to make it easier to capture pokemon of the opposite gender of the trainer's pokemon.

Luxury Ball: Pokémon caught in a Luxury Ball gain friendship more quickly.

Moon Ball: Are used to make it easier to capture Pokémon that evolve by using Moon Stone and their evolutionary relatives.

Nest Ball: Are used to make it easier to capture pokemon that are lower level.

Net Ball: Are used to make it easier to capture pokemon that are water and bug type.

Premier Ball: Are the same as regular poke balls.

Repeat Ball: Are used to make it easier to capture pokemon that the trainer have alredy caught.

Safari Ball: It is used to catch wild Pokémon during a Safari Game.

Timer Ball: Are used to make it easier to capture pokemon the longer the battle takes.

Sport Ball: Are used to make it easier to capture pokemon during a Bug-Catching Contest at National Park.

Quick Ball: Are used to make it easier to capture pokemon by throwing the ball at the start of the encounter.

Lure Ball: Are used to make it easier to capture pokemon that are in fishing encounters.
