*Audio issues fixed* Welcome back to Tech YES City, today I will be taking you guys through a quick guide as to how I get fast boots times on windows 7.

My system specs are:

Mobo: MSI Z87-G45
CPU: Haswell i5-4670k @ 4.6ghz @1.24v
RAM: 16GB Elixir CL9 1600MHZ Memory
SSD: Intel 240GB 335 series

Windows 7 full tweak guide: youtube.com/watch?v=giOUfv...

*NOTE ON DEFRAGGING AN SSD** I get this criticized a LOT about this in the comments, so before saying this I am already AWARE that DEFRAGGING AN SSD IS NOT GOOD FOR IT, HOWEVER as I said in the video it CAN mean the difference between getting that all black boot and NOT getting it, simple, so again I DO NOT RECOMMEND defragging your SSD, however if you are like me and you have tried everything else and want that all black boot screen then give it a go at your OWN RISK.*

If you have any questions let me know. And I hope this answers the question of "Does defragging my SSD do anything?" Or "should i defrag my SSD?". Remember to defrag that SSD too as a final solution!
