The one-turn airplane is a stepping stone to many other advanced tricks. Once you've mastered the twist-release of the ken so many other things will click. Follow along with Joshua Grove and you'll be getting it in no time! Good luck.
STEPS:
1: Twist the ken 180 degrees when you swing it.
2: Pop the ken to flip it when the big cup is facing you.
3: Use your knees to drop down, following the ken into the tama hole.
