Microsoft Flight Simulator out of the box allows us to carry out VFR flights - that is flights where we navigate only by what we see out of the window - anywhere in the world. It is a fantastic product but doesn't do much to help you out beyond the basics of flight.
In this video, I will show you how I plan a VFR flight around Herefordshire in the UK including the tools and steps taken in order to best make use of the platform that Microsoft Flight Simulator provides and have as fun a time as possible.
