My setup:
Xbox 360 = Keyboard
Left Stick = Arrow keys
Right Stick = Numberpad (ie. Up is 8, Down is 2, Left is 4 and Right is 6)
Back = F
Y = A
B = S
A = D
X = W
LB = Left Shift
LT = Left Control
RB = Caps Lock
RT = Tab
Start = Esc
