The song in the background is a song I created.

You need pocket tanks v1.3 and hamachi

Pocket tanks free version:
blitwise.com/ptanks.html

The full is way better and has 230 weapons

Hamachi Download:
secure.logmein.com/products/hamachi/list.asp

Download and install hamachi, create a name, then create a network.
Have your friend join the network you just made
Now go to Documents, my games, pocket tanks, open pt.cfg with notepad
Change the line networkIPSupport="0" to networkIPSupport="1" and save it
In pocket tanks, click LAN game
You create the game, have your friend type in YOUR hamachi address in the IP to IP game box

Ask me if you have any questions
