EDIT (10/3/17): You can use this technique to practise tracking for the new hero, Orisa. She is a little different from the other heroes as she is a projectile (not hitscan) tracking hero. When tracking, just make sure to compensate for the bullet travel time by aiming a tad in front (depending on the distance from the enemy to you) of the enemy so they walk into the bullets.
