The error may be look like that,
"the program can,t start because ....dll
is missing from your computer"

There are thousand types of dll files but the missing files are mostly common in every computer so i would advise you to download DIRECT X RUNTIME END USER.

After it been downloaded,install it.It will install automatically to your whole system.once you can change your window or renew,you will need to reinstall it.It will remove your commonly appearing dll errors
