How to RESET Anvil uses in Hypixel SkyBlock + 1 use weapons and books [Tutorial / Guide]

Hypixel SkyBlock has a LOT of enchantments, and because of that many players struggle to enchant their armor and weapons with everything possible. Some may ask: why? Well, Minecraft's enchantment system dictates the price of combining items using anvil uses and the number of enchantments. So, if there was some way to reduce the number of anvil uses you would make using an anvil in the future cheaper right? Well luckily I found a method to RESET the anvil uses of any book in the game. Although expensive in the short term, this method can be used to make combining items cheaper in the long run by preventing 200+ level enchantments. Enjoy!
