Requirements:
A browser
ROBLOX Studio
An editing software
Steps:
1. Pick a hat
2. Copy the hat's ID
3. Paste the ID into the command
4. Take the texture ID of the hat
5. Replace the original ID in the browser, to the texture ID
6. Copy the image
7. Edit it in your editing software
8. Upload it as a decal
9. Take the decal's texture ID, and replace the mesh of the hat's texture ID
10. Upload!
The command:
Workspace:InsertContent("roblox.com/asset/?id=PUT THE ID HERE")
Finished retexture of mine:
roblox.com/random-name-item?id=145554571
