Steps:
1) search "PlayStation help"
2) click first website
3) in the search bar search "change id" (dont search only type it)
4) click the first option/link
5) scroll have way and click "contact us"
6) click "Sony account help"
7) click "change online id"
8) chat/skip through bot chat until you get a live agent (click yes for live agent)
9) fill out everything the live agent says, its not a scam its a person at sony trying to get info so they can revert your gamer tag
10) like and subscribe :)
