How To - The Sims 3 - Get Rich The Legitimate Way

A video tutorial/how-to that teaches you how to generate massive amounts of simoleans without cheating, all the money is legitimate and I will show you how in this video. All additional information is listed here in the comments. By the end of this video my character is making 30,000+ recurring Simoleans a week, which can be increased further by just playing a little longer.

Hotkeys

1 - Play
2 - Fast Forward
3 - Greater Speed
4 - Greatest Speed - Play - Will max game speed until an action is completed and returns it to the 1 or Play Speed.

Good Traits - Writing (Any trait work perfectly fine, these are just guidelines and additional information.)

* Artistic - Speed Boost at which your Sim learns the writing skill, useless when maxed.
* Bookworm - Write novels faster, important for Professional Author Lifetime. Must get.
* Computer Whiz - Great boost to fun meter.
* Couch Potato - Good for the moodlet, makes your sim like to sleep in more, not my favorite.
* Hates the Outdoors - Never go stir crazy, excellent trait for Writer Sims.
* Hopeless Romantic - Grants ability to write Romance at level 6 instead of 10, not necessary.
* Loner - Greatly reduces need to socialize, one of my favorites.
* Perfectionist - Increases writing time but increases book quality. Excellent trait.

Lifetime Rewards (Ones I like as you climb up the entrepreneurial ladder.)

* Acclaimed Author - Increases the royalty checks from writing.
* Hardly Hungry - Reduces need to eat.
* No Bills Ever - Never pay another bill again.
* Steel Bladder - Never use the bathroom again.
* Carefree - Increases fun bar gain by 25%.
* Dirt Defiant - Need to shower less often, also provides a boost to squeaky clean moodlet I believe by increasing it's duration.
* Meditative Trance Sleep - Lets your Sim get away with doing things on 20% less sleep.
