Destroy the LEGO piece next to the all at the start of the level then jump over it, to the right is green cloud, switch to a raptor to interact with that, this takes you around the corner to another LEGO build piece. This is an electric bull's eye which you need to shoot as someone like Barry. Another bull's eye will appear right next to it, shoot that one too, then the Amber brick will come out of it. How cool is that?
