There ain't too much to talk about when it comes to macros themselves. There's a LOT to talk about when it comes to their application, but regarding macros themselves, we'd best just run through the commands and conditionals, and see what neat stuff we can do. Still, I hope by demonstrating said conditionals and commands, I put some imagery to them that can help you see how they might be practically applied according to your needs.

This useful addon will allow you to pull up a ring-shaped action bar at your cursor's location. It brings up keys already on your existing action bar, and by default uses bar 2. Which we never really use, otherwise, so... yeah! Very convenient, very nice.
