Legend of Zelda: ALttP - Any% NMG No S+Q Speedrun Tutorial - Beginner-friendly! (2017)

My first tutorial in quite some time. Some really beneficial info in here according to some people who have watched it/were there live. I feel like I do things a pretty easy/unique way in a lot of rooms/bosses, so I figured it would be fun to do my own tutorial for ALttP. Some particularly useful points that I don't see in many videos are deep explanations on the Armos quick kill, Moldorm, and bomb jumps. There is definitely some overlap with other peoples' tutorials, which is fine, IMO. I do gloss over some things because I am not any kind of an expert, but this tutorial should be more than enough for someone who is new to running this game.

It is important to note that this tutorial was done on a Japanese 1.0 version of the game. I play on console for my RTAs. I highly recommend everyone run this version because it only goes for about $20 on eBay and is much faster (and more fun, because it is more broken!).

Here are some timestamps that loosely contain the route (here, we get 1 bottle, the net, powder, half-magic, gold sword/silver arrows, and red mail for our safety strats, which you can cut out as you get better):

0:00 - Intro, Fighter Sword, Boomerang, Hyrule Castle escape.
