Steps:

Step 0 - Have Minecraft

Step 1 - Download & Install Forge

Step 2 - Download Lucraft Core: minecraft.curseforge.com/members/Lucraft/projec…
Download HeroesExpansion(optional)
Download Speedsterheroes(optional)

Step 3 - Load the mods In the game at least once

Step 4 - Download/Use the Tools/Sites mentioned in the video

Step 5 - Make a folder name It the name of your add-on mod

Step 6 - Make a folder inside the folder called assets mentioned above ^

Step 7 - Make an image 32 x 32 pixels and name it logo.png (must be a .png file)

Step 8 - Make a text document and call it addonpack.mcmeta (make sure file extensions is checked)

Step 9 - Open the file with notepad++

Step 10- Paste this in it:

"description" : "This addon adds...",
"icon" : "logo.png"
}

Step 11- Open the assets folder make a new folder called (the letter in each word of your pack name)
Example: WaterPowers = wp

Step 12- Open the wp folder and make 6 more folders:
blockstates
lang
recipes
suitsets
superpowers
textures

Step 13- Open the textures folder and make 3 more folders:
items
icons
models
