A short tutorial how you can completely automate a Petal Apothecary using Steve's Factory Manager. You'll need the following parts:

Machine Inventory Manager x1
Block Gate x1
Redstone Receiver x1
Rapid Item Valve x1
Advanced Cable Cluster x1 (depends on your layout)
Inventory Cables x3 or more (depends on your layout)
Cable Camouflage as needed

Comparator
Vacuum Hopper
Tank and Infinite Water (could also use an Aqueous replacing those two)
