How do I add a keyframe? - You select the cframe or the part you want to add the keyframe to and then you press "=" on your keyboard to add a keyframe or "Track," then "Add to Tracks."

How do I delete a keyframe? - Select the keyframe(s), press "Edit," then select "delete." Or you can just select the keyframe(s), and press "-" or "del" on your keyboard.

How do I move my character instead of rotating? - You select the torso for r6 models or the lower torso for r15 models and then press "r" on your keyboard to switch to the moving tool. Orange arrows should pop up.

How do I add a camera to my animation? - You press the "Camera" tab then "Add Camera."

How do I save my animation then open it up for next time? - Make sure you press "File," then "Save" in the Moon Animator UI. Then, look at the top left of your screen, press "File," then "Save to File." Then next time, make sure you open up the same world you've been animating in and the moon animation file should be there.

How do I play my animation? - Press the "spacebar" on your keyboard.

How do I hide the moon animator UI to play my animation? - Hold "ctrl" and press "h" on your keyboard.

How do I increase the length of my animation? - Press "8" on your keyboard or click the "Edit" tab and press "Animation Settings." Then change the timeline size to how long you want to make it.

How do I loop my animation? - Press "8" on your keyboard or click the "Edit" tab and press "Animation Settings." Then check the "loop" box.

How do I pause a keyframe until it reaches to that part? - Make sure to add a keyframe at the very start of the animation. Then you need to copy that keyframe and paste it to where you want the animation to start playing.

How do I attach an item to my character's hand, for example, a sword? - Make sure you're welding the item to the correct body part, for example, the Left or Right Upper Arm, then press "Join in Place." This lets the item become a part of the model and should follow it. The item should be the "target part" while the arm should be the "base part."

How do I make a camera stay still and then instantly move it to the next scene instead of having it slide? - Add the camera keyframe for CFrame, select/highlight it, press "7" on your keyboard or click on "Track" then "Edit Track Item," then select "constant" for the ease type then press "OK."

How do I make stop motion animations for characters? - Add the keyframes and poses as usual, then select all the keyframes, press "7" on your keyboard, then change the easing style to "constant." This will allow the keyframes to act as stop motion.
