PS4 Tutorial - All Audio/Chat to TV/Speakers with USB Headset or Mic! [Patch 2.50 Feature!]

As of Patch 2.50 this is an option! Thank you Sony! When you plug in a headset go to Settings - Devices - Audio Devices and change your Output to TV or AV Amplifier.

This is a tutorial or fix to a simple problem/issue I have with the Playstation 4.

When using a USB Headset we have the option of sending all audio or just chat audio to the headset.

I want nothing to go to the headset and everything to go through my TV/Speakers, all while still using my USB headset mic to talk to my peeps.

Personally, I need this to work so that I can record both audio (including all chat audio) and video with my capture device. Some games have this option, though the system itself will not allow it, and this mucked up chat rooms when I wanted to capture for a video.

Note: I'll be adding an annotation for this as well, but if you do the fix too slow, the headset/mic will be missing from your input and the one you plugged into the controller will be shown on the output.

To start over on the fix, simply grab your controller and re-select the headset/mic. It will switch it to both positions again and now you can repeat the fix.
