Some answers to your questions:

How long does it take for my game to be refunded? Only a few days or shorter, most of the time

What if I played the game longer than 2 hours? Typically you can't refund but I've seen some exceptions, try it anyway

What if I purchased the game longer than 2 weeks ago? You can't refund it, but try it anyway

Are you able to refund DLC? Sadly not
