This tutorial will teach you how to use the cinematic camera in The Sims 4 to create smooth panning shots. It will also teach you how to edit the VideoCamera.ini file.

Where to find the file to edit:
It will be in The Sims 4's install directory, by default this will be:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4\Game\Bin\res
OR
C:\Program Files\Origin Games\The Sims 4\Game\Bin\res
In this folder open the 'VideoCamera.ini' file with notepad, this is the one you want to edit. Make sure to make a copy of it first in case you make any mistakes.
