Description from the creator

a little note about this artwork: the title is "if it's not too late". i knew i wanted to do a floral piece for this tutorial, and i wanted to create a painting with a narrative to it. the bouquet is a bit tousled, it's falling apart a little bit, like the person holding it was rushing to bring it to someone and it didn't hold together perfectly. they hope it isn't too late, there's a sense of urgency to it and maybe a melancholy tone. it's open ended so you can find your own meaning to it, but that was what i was thinking about when i painted it.

if you use this technique to make a fake aged art piece, make sure to tag me! i'd love to see it.
