Arcade Miss Fortune Cosplay Tutorial - Hat

Please read:
This tutorial is meant for people who have a basic knowledge/ experience with sewing and prop making.
I am in no way a professional. I can only try to explain how I personally make my costumes.
I try to keep my videos under 10 minutes but I have hours and hours of footage.
Because of that, I may not have covered some important information.
