Arm Wave Tutorial: Refining the arm wave part 1 (refining methods and concepts)

Memo: To all who watch this video remember this is not a basic arm wave video. If you don't already know how to do a basic arm wave or have at least learned some of the steps you might get lost. If you are looking for a basic arm wave video their are tons of them located all throughout YouTube and you simply just need to find them.

This is an arm wave tutorial on how to refine the technique of arm waves over time. The processes shown in this tutorial are the following:

elbow rotation - as opposed to normal elbow pop
isolation points - what makes the arm wave look like "that guys" arm wave. (you know what I mean)
finishing waves - not skipping any portion of an arm wave.



I have some more tips for refining arm waves, however I have decided to share those in a different video.
