Description from the creator

Hello there! :D I’m super happy to show you how to make this adorable Room Decor inspired by the amazing ‘’Arrietty’’ anime from Studio Ghibli that was inspired by the books called ‘’The Borrowers’’. I figured a simple way to put together a little door and balcony, using a dollar store wooden box and some popsicle sticks!

Since Borrowers use household items they find here and there, you can use pretty much anything you find too to decorate your door or balcony and the only limit is your imagination! :D

It was super fun to make and I really hope you’ll enjoy watching it, and maybe, making it too! (P.S. Please share your pictures with me using #geeklightful!)

Here are the materials you will need:

-Wooden box (dollar store)
-Popsicle sticks from various sizes (Large, medium and small ones)
-Acrylic paint (especially dark brown paint, but the rest is up to you)
-Tacky glue
-Hot glue gun
-Ruler
-Polymer Clay (white, tan, and blue)
-Soft pastels
-Needle tool and dotting tools
-Scupting tools
-Extra fine glitter
