You came to the right place!

This make-up tutorial is all about the basic foundation of Visual and Oshare Kei while using a single color palette. (In this case, I used red but you can use any color you like!)

Helpful Tips:
-Want a more natural looking foundation? Instead of using water, use a good facial lotion and a little bit of foundation to it. Mix together well and apply to face evenly.

-To give your foundation more lasting power, use a powder to set the foundation.

-Be Fine! Food Skin Care: Daily Moisturizer with SPF 15
-Neutrogena Skin-Clearing Oil-free Foundation in Natural Beige
-Neutrogena Mineral Powder Foundation in Natural Beige
-Clinique Gel Eyeliner in True Black
-Cover Girl trio Eye Shadow in Dazzling Metallics (used black eye shadow)
-Make Up Forever Professional Blush Powder in Red (Used as eye shadow)
-Clinique Full Potential Lips in Bloomberry
-N.Y.C. Pencil Eye Liner in White
-Rimmel Volume Flash Mousse mascara in Black
