This is a tutorial on how to get your face to "Beauty Base Zero". What that means, is the base/ground-zero makeup that is more of a prep than an actual look. In the Hunger Games book series, Katniss' makeup prep team uses Beauty Base Zero on her before putting on all the glitz and "real" makeup. So basically you just do this before your other makeup! :)
