Beginner's Binding Tutorial- Easy No Sewing & No Glue!

A few of you wanted to know how I created this binding, so here's the tutorial. This method is so easy and one only needs a few items (scroll down for links).
There's no stitching, no sewing, no sticky glue. It is so easy and very effective.

I cannot remember where I saw this exact method, if you've seen it in another tutorial please let me know in the comments so I can give credit where credit is due!
