This is my very first tutorial! Allow at least a week to make this project, paper clay takes at least a day or two to fully dry. If you have questions, feel free to ask.
All the supplies were bought at Michael's Art & Craft store.
A lot of people seem to be asking about the hoop - it is a plastic hoop used for fabrics. Sometimes it comes in colors, others are made of wood. Try getting the plastic ones. This is a good picture of what it is. s7.photobucket.com/user/AMC115...
