Chobits is one of my favorite anime and manga series! :) I showed you a makeup look that would photograph well for convention photoshoots.

For Chii, I would suggest wearing colors like white, pink and light blue. Freya wears more darker colors like black, crimson and gold. I made the ears, spools and crown from craft foam that you can find at any craft store. Freya's costume is made completely from scratch while I commissioned Chii's dress. Maybe I'll make one of Chii's other artwork dresses in the future!
