DIY handcraft fabric Zippered Pouch Tutorial: how to sew a Cosmetics Bag

How to make this wonderful quilted, lined zipper purse.

Pattern Size:
Main Bag = 12" x 15.5"
Lining = 12" x 15.5"
Batting = 12" x 15.5"
Bag bottom = 12" x 5"
Strap = 3.5" x 6"
Zip Length = 12.5" (32 cm)
Optional, cut two 3.5" square pieces of fabric
If your zipper is not up to 12" you can attach 3.5" squares of fabric at both ends of the zipper in order to make up the distance.
