This video demonstrates a way to create a Topsy Tail style tool. I wanted to try to to use materials other than the common coat hanger and tape methods in other videos I've seen because the tape kept leaving a sticky residue on my hair and fingers.
These materials are more expensive than than the coat hanger method but I generally already have these items on hand because of other projects I've done.
