Ever since the new series of 'Skins' came out i have had lots of requests to recreate Effy's signature makeup look- here you go.

*I used a shimmery eyeshadow to show you how to create a grungy glossy effect without using gloss, if you do not like your makeup to look messy or shiny, use a matte shade over the lid!
