G Suite DKIM Setup In Under 5 Minutes - Step By Step Tutorial / Guide

I'm going to show you a G Suite DKIM Setup in under 5 minutes to enable DKMI email authentication for GSuite for Business account to prevent spoofing!

1️⃣ 00:24 Login to your G Suite Business account at admin.google.com

2️⃣ 00:33 Navigate to Apps - GSuite - Gmail and open the "Authenticate Email" section, that serves to set up email authentication (DKIM).

3️⃣ 00:54 Pick your custom domain from the dropdown menu in the tp area of the "Authenticate Email" section and click on "Generate new record" to start the setup of your DKIM record.
Select a bit length of 1024 in the popup and click on "Generate"

IMPORTANT: This may fail if your GSuite Business account is freshly set up. In that case, simply wait one or two days and try again.

4️⃣ 01:36 Copy the hostname and go to the DNS management of your domain registrar. In my case, this would be Namecheap. There navigate to the Advanced DNS settings and create a new TXT record using the hostname and value provided by Google within your G Suite Business account.

5️⃣ 02:30 Save your newly created TXT record within the DNS management of your domain registrar and head back to Google's GSuite administration area to finish the G Suite setup of your DKIM records for email authentication by clicking on "Start Authentication".

NOTE: It's possible that the DNS update will require up to 48 hours, so if you can not start the email authentication right now, simply try again in a day or two. If it doesn't work within that time, head back to the DNS management of your domain registrar and compare the values there with the values provided by Google with the GSuite's authenticate email section.
