How to Accelerate Intel Optane With Secondary Hard Drive (Boost HDD Speed) Work 100%

Hi guys, in this video I will show you how to install and fix some errors to accelerate Intel Optane with secondary hdd. Please keep patient and follow my steps:

Note: This process work on MSI motherboard

1. Install Intel Optane hardware into M.2 slot on motherboard.

2. Go to Bios by press Del key or F11 to get into Bios Menu.

3. In EZ Mode(F7) Turn on M.2/Optane Genie mode or go to Advanced Mode(F7) click Settings - Advanced - Integrated Peripherals - Change Sata Mode from AHCI Mode to RAID /Optance Mode and click Enable M.2/Optane Genie. Then Click Exit and Save.

4. If you stuck in bios mode and your Windows won't start

- Because enabling in bios "M2/Optane" will change automatically "SATA Mode" from "AHCI" to "RAID" and Windows could not be ready to work with this new configuration. Try this solution:

- Turn off Intel Optane Genie Mode and Start Windows again

- Open CMD type: bcdedit /set {current} safeboot minimal

- Restart and enter in BIOS Setup and set keep "SETTINGS \ Advanced \ Integrated Peripherals \ SATA Mode"="RAID"

- Restart so that Windows will boot into safe mode and will load the RAID driver

- Open CMD type: bcdedit /deletevalue {current} safeboot

- Now, enter in bios setup and activate "M2/Optane Genie Mode". All will work fine.

5. Download and Install RST (Intel Rapid Storage Technology)

6. Click on Manage Tab select the module and click clear Metadata, Restart and the Intel Optane tab should appear in the UI.

7. Click on Intel Optane Memory tab and enable intel octane with HDD click reboot. Everything will work and you will see what difference.
