Group job interview: I have only recently heard of this type of interview. If it were me, I would treat it as a casual interview and do as they say, but be careful not to give away any of my strategy to the other candidates. I wouldn't let on to anyone that I have not interviewed in 18 years. I would not let them know my plans for the job, nor how my past skills uniquely qualifies me for this job. Remember, they are your competition and will use anything you tell them against you to secure the job.
