Description from the creator

Disclaimer: This tutorial is for people who's voice chats do not work at all. For instance, if you can't hear your team mates, and they can not hear you, and when the 3 bars next to the speaker icon located besides your name doesn't know up when you talk. This worked for me, and isn't one of those change controller settings bullsh!t.
