To Add a Contact in Hotmail:
- Open your Hotmail account and click on the boxes icon at the upper left hand corner
- Click on People and it will open a new window
- You will see your contacts, click on New or click on the drop down arrow to either add a New Contact or a New Group
- Add all the info for the contact you are adding and click Save
