How to add a signature in Adobe Reader XI
1) Create a word doc file and leave space to place signature - save as a Word 97-2003 document or similar.
2) Again save the finished word document in 1) as PDF
3) The PDF should automatically open - Open the signature pane and now add text, mouse signature or scanned signature image (png, jpg)
4) Save the signed PDF which will default to the name of the file with signed after it.
