YouTube Studio Editor has since changed! You can now edit an existing YouTube video using YouTube Studio, selecting the video, and selecting the Editor tab. But, you can only trim the video, add music or narration, add a blur effect, and add templates and/or end cards. As of January 2020, YouTube Studio Editor does NOT allow you to upload additional video content like an intro or outro.
