Learn how to configure and launch Cisco Adaptive Security Device Manager (ASDM) for Cisco ASAv inside EVE-NG! In this hands-on lab tutorial, we integrate a Cisco ASAv firewall node with a lightweight Firefox Docker container (via HTML5/RDP/VNC) to access the ASDM GUI directly within your virtual lab.

In this practical EVE-NG setup guide, we cover:
1. Creating an ASDM lab topology in EVE-NG with Cisco ASAv and a Docker Firefox node.
2. Configuring Docker IP networking and default gateway via startup configuration scripts.
3. Cisco ASAv Management Interface Setup:
- Assigning IP addresses and naming the interface (nameif management).
- Enabling the ASAv built-in HTTP server (http server enable).
- Authorizing HTTP management access subnets.
4. Testing Layer 3 IP connectivity between Docker Firefox and Cisco ASAv.
5. Launching the ASDM Java Web Start applet using the direct browser path:
