Description from the creator

The iPhone keyboard has built in support for emoji icons. All you need is iOS higher then 4.3 and you will have access to 100's of emoji icons.

Select Settings -- General -- Keyboard, then select International Keyboards.

Now tap on Add Keyboards, scroll down and select Emoji.

Open the Message app, notice the Globe in the bottom left corner, tap on it, the keyboard will switch to the emoji keyboard.

Same can be done for adding any international language.
