In this beginners tutorial, I show you how to add the Facebook pixel to Shopify. I also guide you through the process of tracking conversions (events) on your Shopify store by using the new feature called ‘Event Setup Tool’.

By adding the Facebook pixel to Shopify, you can easily track activity happening on your store. Essentially, the Facebook pixel helps you understand what pages are popular on your store and how far your visitors go in your sales funnel before falling short of converting into paying customers.

The Facebook pixel allows you to measure how effective your Facebook ads are performing (Return on Ad Spend). You can also gather data for retargeting and creating custom audiences to target with your Facebook Ads.
