Description from the creator

I wanted to aerate my yard because I did a half(way) job of laying our new sod last fall and the soil is too compact for new roots to easily grow. The solution is to aerate the yard to allow the soil around the roots to loosen and create an easier path for new roots to grow. So I rented an aerator from The Home Depot and immediately knew I had no idea what the heck I was doing with it. Luckily I have Jeremy from One Stop Services on speed dial so he came over to show me how to use the heavy machinery.....and then, as you can tell, he did my whole yard for me. Oops, how did THAT happen? ANYWAY, if your yard needs to grow some strong new roots this spring, NOW IS THE TIME TO AERATE!! Don't make the mistake I did which is to aerate dry - water your yard in, then aerate, then fertilize with a root growth fertilizer like StaGreen Lawn Starter (18-24-6) and water in again. Roots are where the good grass starts, y'all!!
