How to: Allspice Dram

Here’s a second part to the allspice dram. This recipe is so good. It’ll make your tiki drinks that much more.

Strain the allspice mixture into separate container.
Simmer 1 cup water and 1 1/2 cups brown sugar. After all the sugar has dissolved, let cool before adding the to the allspice mixture. Add equal parts mixture with good quality rum. Add 10 drops of orange bitters and 3 allspice. Shake. Let it set for 3 weeks before using.
