This shirt is too big at the back of the shoulders, baggy at the back side seam under the armhole, too big at the back side seam by the hem and at the side seam by the hem.
When something like this happens, it is important to pin the garment to the persons body shape so that when it is altered it will fit them perfectly. This is a stretch fabric, so the shirt can be molded to her body shape without it feeling too tight.
