How to ask for applause (don’t say PLEASE CLAP!)
ChannelMarkus SeppäläChapters
Description from the creator
Learn how to ask for applause for yourself when you’re on stage. Jeb Bush famously asked the audience to “please clap”. In this video, you will discover 5 different ways to ask for applause, including how to ask for your own applause, that are a lot smoother. And “you clap for me now” is not one of them!
Asking for applause is one of the many communication skills and public speaking tips that I’ve learned in the comedy club. If you’re a keynote speaker or event host, you need to know how to make your audience clap, and in this video, you will learn the five smoothest methods I’ve discovered.
