How to Avoid the Freshman 15!!!

Here are a few tips and takeaways I learned from my freshman year of college and that I shall forever take with me through my remaining 2 years (cries bc I only have 2 years left). I hope you find them useful!

* DISCLAIMER *
Yeah the freshman 15 seems daunting but everyone is beautiful in their own way and I completely 100% promote that. This video is to inform people coming into college on how to practice healthy eating habits and routines when learning to live on their own. I'm not telling anyone to starve themselves or anything of that negative nature. There are healthy ways to live and that's all I'm trying to promote because yes (prepare for cliche statement), your body IS a temple!
When I was talking about stress eating I didn't really explain it well. I don't mean starve yourself, NO. I meant to avoid stress eating, it's a super common thing. Just switch out those stress eating habits with new ones :)
